Crown Electrical – 7 Days Easy Return Guarantee
At Crown Electrical, we prioritize customer satisfaction and provide a smooth shopping experience. If you receive a damaged, defective, wrong, or not-as-described product, you can request a return within 7 days of delivery. After review, we will resolve the issue within 5 working days (outside Dhaka: up to 10 days). You can choose replacement or refund (based on availability).
01. Return Request Time
To ensure a valid claim, customers must initiate their return requests within specific timeframes. You can report issues directly at the time of delivery to the courier agent, or firmly within 24 hours after successfully receiving the product.
02. Eligible Reasons for Return
Returns are strictly accepted if the product falls under specific criteria. These include receiving a physically defective or damaged item, getting a wrong product or size deviation from your original invoice, or if the delivered item is structurally not as described on our platform.
03. Return Conditions & Integrity
The product must be completely unused, unaltered, and kept in its original pristine condition with no signs of washing or usage. All original packaging, brand tags, warranty cards, accessories, and the purchase invoice must be returned together.
Please note that combo or set items are not eligible for partial returns. Sealed electronic items are only returnable if found faulty from the very start. Non-branded electronics must be checked thoroughly during delivery, and the customer holds sole responsibility for ensuring safe packaging during the return transit.
04. How to Request a Return
To submit a claim, please prepare your official Order ID along with clear unboxing images or videos showing the reported issue. Contact our helpdesk within 24 hours via email at support@crownelectricbd.com. Once approved, our management will officially confirm and arrange the pickup or return logistics.
05. Refund Policy & Processing Time
Refunds are systematically generated under conditions where an exact replacement is unavailable, if a customer specifically opts for a refund after a legitimate return approval, or in cases of wrong item deliveries and order cancellations prior to shipment.
Once approved, financial reversals via Mobile Banking (bKash/Nagad) will be processed within 2–5 working days. Regular Bank or Credit Card settlements typically take 7–10 working days, depending on standard payment gateway clearing protocols.
⚠️ Important Notes & Obligations
For all verified faulty or wrong shipments, the return transit costs will be fully covered by Crown Electrical. All physical returns must be completed within 7 days post-approval; late or delayed claims will not be processed. All returned products are subject to strict technical inspection before any final refund or replacement execution.
